What Happens When You Make Art That Resonates

Every artist dreams of creating a piece that leaves a lasting impression, one that transforms a space and speaks directly to the viewer. But how do you achieve that? The answer lies in understanding what I call a Best Wall Painting.

A Best Wall Painting is more than just art; it’s a statement. It’s the kind of piece that takes center stage in a room, capturing attention and enhancing the environment around it. These works are designed to resonate deeply with their audience, offering not just visual appeal but also an emotional connection.

Why Best Walls Matter

Art is powerful. It has the ability to transform a blank wall into a dynamic focal point, elevating the mood and feel of an entire room. Best Wall Paintings are created with this purpose in mind—to fill a prime space with meaning, beauty, and energy. Think about where you want your art to hang: Is it above a mantel, in a grand entryway, or perhaps in a corporate office? Once you define the ideal setting, the creative process becomes clearer. You start painting with intention, crafting works that naturally fit and enhance their surroundings.

The Magic of Resonance

When art resonates, it has a magnetic quality. Viewers feel drawn to it, experiencing a sense of connection and belonging. This resonance doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of careful consideration: bold compositions, evocative colors, and, most importantly, the artist’s authentic voice.

Joan Layne, one of our SIP artists, embodies this perfectly. Her piece, Lily Reverie, featured in this month’s R Home magazine, is the epitome of a Best Wall Painting. Its vibrant colors and fluid forms create a sense of movement and life, making it impossible to ignore. It’s the kind of work that draws viewers in, inviting them to linger and reflect. It’s not just decoration—it’s an experience.

From Original to Reborn

The original Lily Reverie was a 48x36 oil on canvas, a stunning piece in its own right. The version featured in the R Home ad is a Reborn Original, sized at 60x48—an embodiment of affordable luxury. This transformation showcases the magic of our new digital world, where technology allows us to reimagine and share masterpieces on a larger scale. It’s a gift to the art world, giving artists worldwide the opportunity to extend their reach and bring their work to more homes and spaces.

Joan Layne is a multifaceted artist with a passion for both music and visual arts, Joan's journey has taken her from the world of opera and classical music to the realm of painting. Her recent accomplishment of winning the prestigious Boldbrush award for Pink Lilies further highlights her artistic prowess.

What Happens When Art Resonates

When you create art that resonates, it builds lasting connections. Collectors feel proud to showcase these works in their homes, and visitors are captivated by their presence. The magic doesn’t stop there. Resonant art inspires conversation, evokes emotion, and leaves an indelible mark on everyone who encounters it.

For artists, creating Best Wall Paintings opens doors. It’s easier to capture the interest of galleries, designers, and collectors when your work has presence and purpose. It’s not about painting to fit a trend; it’s about understanding the role your art plays in transforming a space.

Let the Magic Happen

2025 is the year of Best Wall Paintings. It’s about filling spaces with art that matters, creating work that resonates, and making sure your art finds its rightful place on the best walls. Joan Layne’s Lily Reverie is just the beginning. Let’s make this the year where your art connects deeply, inspires widely, and truly makes the magic happen.

Introducing SIP Original Paintings

Moments of Stillness by David Cressman

Oil on canvas 24x24 framed as shown 31x31 $1972

David Cressman's "Moments of Stillness" envelops the viewer in a tranquil Venetian landscape bathed in the soft hues of dusk. With his masterful use of light and color, Cressman captures the quiet elegance of the city as it meets the water, evoking a sense of calm and nostalgia. This atmospheric piece, invites you to pause, reflect, and lose yourself in its serene beauty.

We are proud to launch a new collection, SIP Original Paintings. These are the original works of art, digitally reborn on canvas and framed as affordable luxury—statement art that we like to call the Best Wall Paintings. Our framed canvas works are akin to the traditional limited editions that art collectors cherish. Each piece comes with a Verisart Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist, and secured by blockchain technology to preserve the history and provenance of every artwork produced by Dream Big Artworks (DBA). This creates a transferable trust for the collector.

The Collectors Editions
In addition to SIP Originals, we offer a framed collection known as Collectors Editions. These are numbered, limited editions of 100 pieces. What makes this collection truly special is the added touch of surface texture and varnish applied by the artist, giving each piece an embellished finish that mimics the brushwork of the original painting. These works are printed on fine art paper, double-mounted on foam core with a reverse 45-degree bevel, and framed for a polished, gallery-worthy presentation.

Creating a Legacy for Artists
For artists, the original painting often represents one size, one option, and one collector—essentially, one payday. Dream Big Artworks changes that narrative by expanding the financial potential of an artwork indefinitely, benefiting the artist and their estate for generations. The copyrights and digital captures of the original works do not transfer with the sale of the painting; they remain with the artist and their estate for up to 70 years after the artist's passing.

Dream Big Artworks exists to ensure these rights and opportunities endure. By adding the artist's original works to our platform, we are not only creating a lasting financial legacy but also safeguarding and celebrating their art for the future.
