SWIMMING IN PAINT 2

Saturday, the swim paint team kept up, not missing a stroke! They improved their paint surface, used bigger brushes with lots of paint and medium and picked up speed. Less thinking and more doing!

We started with a 12x12 warmup meant only to last 1/2 hour or so that went the whole morning session....but well worth it!

SWIM TEAM IN ACTION

AFTER LUNCH A DIFFERENT POOL - FAST & FURIOUS HYDRANGEA & DAY LILIES FROM LIFE!

Look at that art pose! And how everyone is at about the same place. At a fast & furious pace amazingly no one at any point was left behind.

KNOCKING OUT A BACKGROUND!

Finished or not it was time to hang it up for the day - None of us finished.......LOL  Aside from being tired, we only had a few hours to cover a fairly large canvas. This was a serious challenge at any level! So, my guess is we all have some homework in store...

What I didn't realize at the time was how well they stayed up with me.....photos tell a very compelling story.:=)

I'm also thinking "SWIMMING IN PAINT" is more appropriate than the startup title "SATURDAY PAINT SLING".

SWIMMING IN PAINT 3 - JUNE 18th
