Over the past few weeks, something unexpected has happened.

After years of quietly documenting my journey from interior designer to full-time artist at 67, this blog has taken on a life of its own. Monthly readership jumped from a few thousand views to more than 18,000 last month, with another 20,000 views in just the past two weeks.

Perhaps it began with my recent post about turning eighty-five. Whatever the reason, readers are discovering not just a single article, but an archive of 644 posts chronicling a remarkable chapter of my life—seventeen years of paintings, galleries, friendships, risks, failures, and victories along the way.

When I left my former career in 2009 to paint full time, I never imagined that the journey itself would become part of the artwork. Looking back, these pages tell the story of reinvention, perseverance, and the belief that it is never too late to begin again.

To everyone who has spent time reading, watching, and following along, thank you. Your interest and encouragement mean more than you know.

Chuck
