Yesterday was a very long day on a very small portion of my 66x60 canvas......I wanted more depth and distance between my "old salt" and young boy.

I liked the stark white on the boys trunks better than light blue because it messed with my balance....not fresh and crisp, so back to white.

I finished the session by working a bit on my lower left figure; his head shadows and his yellow hat.
